You’ve probably heard me talk about my struggles with my body. Movement and getting to the gym has always been really challenging mostly because of my psoriatic arthritis. But, recently I decided to make a change. Instead of heading to the gym and setting myself up for the inevitable failure, I hired a personal trainer.
Someone who was seemingly made for me in the way she approaches training clients.
Her name is Amanda Rose.
Working with her has completely shifted the way I approach moving my body. She has shown me how strong and dedicated I can be and it’s been amazing to witness over the past couple of months.
